It is used in aluminum ingotproduction line of casting aluminum industry.

Anchuan robot, ABB robot, PLCchooses Siemens module are selected in the ingot robot and thewhole system is high efficiency and stable.
The main technical functions are asfollows:
1. The aluminum ingots of twofalling ingots lines are grabbed automatically, and they can beplaced to the specified position (also can be the conveyor line orthe cold spindle line).
2. Preset multiple ingot layers inthe system to facilitate the setting of the number of aluminumingots in the casting process.
3. The system shall set a temporaryplacement point, which can be put into a temporary place forcontinuous production when the conveyor line fails.
4. The ingot robot rotates 90degrees each time, namely 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270degrees (or 0 degrees and 90 degrees), guaranteeing the formationof four corners of the whole bundle.
5. The total weight of the bag is 7aluminum ingots (for 7 aluminum ingots each time), and the totalweight is not more than 50Kg.
6. The system is set to suspendfunction. When there are abnormal conditions, the worker can stopat any time. After the breakdown is removed, the robot will proceeddirectly to the start, and the robot will continue the process ofingots that were not completed last time.
7. After the system has stopped, itcan directly start the re-stacking to minimize the chance of manualintervention after the failure.
