装配式箱涵模具是在城市地下修建的，用于电力，通信等，市政管线集中铺设在公共隧道。施工一般采用现浇，在开挖好的沟槽内设置底层，浇筑一层混凝土垫层，再将加工好的钢筋现场绑扎，支内模和外模，较大的箱涵一般先浇筑底板和侧壁的下半部分，再绑扎侧壁上部和顶板钢筋，支好内外模，浇筑侧壁上半部分和顶板。待混凝土达到设计要求的强度拆模，在箱涵两侧回填土。装配式箱涵模具通常采用强连接节点。由于强连接的装配式结构在地震中依靠构件截面的非弹性变形耗能能力，能够达到与现浇混凝土现浇结构相同或相近的抗震能力，具有良好的整体性能。它具有足够的强度、刚度和延性，能安全抵抗地震。预制混凝土箱涵具有良好的经济性，可以为建设单位节约成本。Prefabricatedbox culvert molds are built underground in cities, used for power,communication, etc. Municipal pipelines are concentrated in publictunnels.
